Women's Lacrosse Sets Single-Game Goal Record, Tops Curry, 31-1

MILTON, Mass. — The Endicott women's lacrosse team defeated Curry, 31-1, on Wednesday night at Walter M. Katz Field.
The Gulls scored the game's first nine goals and carried that momentum all the way to setting a single-game goal record in the 31-1 victory.
Leading the offensively for Endicott was Katie Wagner (Brewster, N.Y.) who set a single-game record for assists with nine to go along with her two goals.
Meanwhile, Maya Feigenbaum (West Hartford, Conn.) scored five goals, and Morgan Pike (Shapleigh, Maine) closely followed with four goals and added two assists.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Wagner also tied the single-game record for points (11).
- The Gulls set the single-game record for assists with 27.
- Lydia Akins (Edina, Minn.) earned her first career win.
- Kiana Napolitano (Revere, Mass.), Katie Schenk (Southbury, Conn.), Lauren Faber (Littleton, Mass.), and Tori Hurley (Glastonbury, Conn.), all had hattricks in the win.
- Gabriella Prisco (West Haven, Conn.) controlled the play tonight with 16 draw controls.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott (6-1, 6-0 CCC) will await their fate in the Commonwealth Coast Conference tournament. Curry (1-6, 1-6 CCC) will travel to Nichols on Saturday, April 24 at 12 PM.
