GRAND LAKE, Colo. – Four Endicott women’s lacrosse scholar-athletes were honored by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Association (IWLCA) as senior Ryan Socolow (Westford, Mass.) and juniors Michelle Truncali (Unionville, Conn.), Ellie Clayman (Beverly, Mass.), and Kelsey Drought (North Kingstown, R.I.) were named to the 2014 Division III Academic Honor Roll.

GRAND LAKE, Colo. – By maintaining a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0, the Endicott women’s lacrosse team earned a spot on the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squads list. The list names 125 NCAA Division III institutions including five Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) members in Endicott, Roger Williams, Salve Regina University, University of New England, and Western New England.

BEVERLY, Mass.- The Endicott Athletic Department is pleased to announce the hiring of Morgan Maciewicz as the new head coach of the women’s lacrosse program. Maciewicz inherits a program that has dominated Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play over the last decade, having won nine consecutive CCC titles and having posted a regular season record of 75-6 over that stretch. The first year head coach takes over for previous coach Meghan Fitzgerald who stepped down after six years in the position and has moved permanently to the Office of Admission.

CENTERVILLE, Mass. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has released its 2014 Division III New England Women’s Lacrosse All-Star teams. Senior Callie Murphy (Woburn, Mass.) has been honored and named as a, First Team All-Star for the first time in her career as she exits her four years as a key contributor to the Endicott women’s lacrosse team.

BEVERLY, Mass. – After a six-year run by the Endicott women’s lacrosse team from 2009-14 in which the Gulls accumulated an 84-35 (.706) overall record, a 51-3 (.944) in-conference record, six consecutive Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championships, six NCAA Division III Tournament automatic bids including two Second Round appearances, and numerous individual and team accolades for both academic and athletic accomplishments, the program’s leader Meghan Fitzgerald has decided to step down from her head coaching role.

Senior Kelsey Barnes (Mendham, N.J.) and junior Ellie Clayman (Beverly, Mass.) have earned First Team honors while seniors Rachel Campos (Shrewsbury, Mass.) and Callie Murphy (Woburn, Mass.) along with freshman Emily Whitney (Rye, N.H.) all earned Second Team honors.

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Endicott women’s lacrosse team traveled to #9 Middlebury on Saturday afternoon for a Second Round matchup in the NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse Tournament. The Panthers took a 19-7 victory over the Blue and Green to stay alive in the tournament. Endicott ends the season at 14-4 while Middlebury improves to 12-5 and advances to the third round of the national tournament.

CENTERVILLE, Mass. – Two Endicott seniors were recognized by Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) for their efforts in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) tournament this past week. Senior’s Callie Murphy (Woburn, Mass.) and Tad Gold (Martha’s Vineyard, Mass.) were both named Corvias ECAC Division III New England Players of the Week for their respected sport. Both received the honor after also collecting conference accolades yesterday.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) released the final week of the spring Athletes of the Week awards. After claiming the programs ninth consecutive CCC title the Gulls swept this week’s awards as freshman Emily Whitney (Rye, N.H.), and seniors Callie Murphy (Woburn, Mass.) and Kelsey Barnes (Mendham, N.J.) were all recognized for their efforts last week.

BEVERLY, Mass. - The NCAA Selection Show for both the men's and women's lacrosse tournaments will reveal the field of automatic qualifiers and at-large bids who will be competing for a national title. The NCAA Women's Lacrosse Selection Show (9:30 PM) and NCAA Men's Lacrosse Selection Show (10:00 PM) will be viewed by both teams at the Hospitality Room in Endicott's Post Center. INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The field of 36 for the 2014 NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse Tournament was announced on Sunday evening and the Endicott women’s lacrosse team drew #9 Middlebury for a Second Round show down. Endicott (14-3, 7-1) earned an automatic bid into the upcoming NCAA tournament after claiming the programs ninth consecutive Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) title after junior Siri Mason (Williamstown, Mass.) beat the buzzer to secure the 14-13 victory over Roger Williams.

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women’s lacrosse team took their programs ninth straight Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) title this afternoon over Roger Williams. Junior Siri Mason (Williamstown, Mass.) found the back of the net as time expired to secure the 14-13 triumph. With the victory the Gulls have now earned an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament which begins on May 7th. The selection show will be aired tomorrow night, Sunday, May 4th at 8:00 p.m.

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women’s lacrosse team hosted cross-town rival Gordon on Wednesday afternoon for the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Semifinal round. Co-Offensive Player of the Year, senior Callie Murphy (Woburn, Mass.) posted six points to help pave the way for a Gulls 15-7 victory. Endicott improves to 13-3 (7-1 CCC) while the Fighting Scots fall to 12-5 (6-2).

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has announced their weekly awards, and senior Callie Murphy (Woburn, Mass.) and freshman Emily Whitney (Rye, N.H.) received honors. Murphy posted her first Offensive Player of the Week nod while Whitney is taking her fourth Rookie of the Week award.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has released the 2014 Women’s Lacrosse All-Conference Team. Three Gulls took major awards while seven earned All-Conference Team honors, which was announced on Friday morning. This season marks the first time that the program tabbed Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Year awards in the same year.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has released the field of six for the upcoming conference tournament. The Gulls have been selected as the #2 seed and have been awarded a bye in the first round and will host the winner of the #3/#6 quarterfinal round on Wednesday, April 30th at 7:00 p.m. Endicott wrapped up their regular season at 12-3 (7-1 CCC).
