Why Endicott? Why Division III?

I chose Endicott because I felt like it was a great opportunity to get a great education, be introduced to my field through networking and internships and to play the sport I love at the college level.

Professional Aspirations

Aspires to work in the biotechnical industry and will be pursuing an internship in that field this coming summer... completed his first internship at DePuy Synthes -- Joint Reconstruction observing medical device sales representatives from June 13th through July 29th... worked mainly in the office dealing with returns, assembly of device tool kits, and organizational packing of the implant totes for the future use of sales representatives... is scheduled to work full-time for DePuy Synthes during the upcoming summer as well as obtaining a similar internship with a different company... in 10 years, sees himself as a successful medical device sales rep always on the look for the latest technology, while thinking about new ideas for devices that could make an enormous impact on the current society. 

Seth on his favorite internship experience:

"I was blessed with the opportunity to witness an ACL reconstruction case surgery in the O.R. and observe the objectives and interactions between the sales reps and the surgeons. I am interested in technology and this experience enabled me to learn about how new tools are used for different procedures."

Community Service

Worked with Miracle League as a volunteer, with Pennies for Cancer Patients, fed the homeless at Ozanam Inn, and with KidCam as a summer counselor in 2013.

Seth on his favorite community service to date:

"During my first time volunteering for Miracle League, I had the pleasure of spending the season with my little buddy named Matthew who had down-syndrome. As the season progressed, we got very close and it the end of our time together, I gave him a framed picture of us for him to remember our friendship by."

Fun Facts

Hobbies include choral singing, playing guitar, juggling and skim boarding... father Stephen played basketball at Delgado College and rugby at Louisiana Lafayette... enjoys traveling and even being a tourist in his home state of Louisiana and his home city of New Orleans... minoring in biology

BEVERLY, Mass. — Six members of the Endicott men’s volleyball program claimed New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) postseason honors earlier today, highlighted by Bryn Lipton (Rockford, Ill.) and Ryan Healy (Fair Lawn, N.J.) who were named Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year, respectively, as announced by the league office.

BEVERLY, Mass. – The first-seeded Endicott men’s volleyball team defeated fourth-seeded Newbury, 3-0, by scores of 25-7, 25-17, and 25-9 on Thursday night in the semifinal round of the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Tournament at MacDonald Gymnasium.

No. 15 Endicott Sweeps Dean in Three Sets

BEVERLY, Mass. – The No. 15 Endicott men’s volleyball team reached the 20-win mark for the second consecutive season after registering a 3-0 (25-11, 25-13, 25-11) victory over New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) opponent Dean on Saturday afternoon. It marks the first time in head coach George Chapell’s six-year career that his teams have recorded back-to-back 20-win seasons after going 21-11 in 2017.

No. 1 Springfield Holds Off No. 14 Endicott, 3-1

BEVERLY, Mass. – The No. 14 nationally ranked Endicott men’s volleyball team suffered a hard-fought loss to No. 1 Springfield College, 3-1, by scores of 25-20, 21-25, 22-25, and 23-25 on Wednesday night at MacDonald Gymnasium. The Pride are the reigning NCAA Division III national champion and have appeared in the D3 national title match in eight straight seasons with victories coming in half of those appearances (2012, 2013, 2014, 2017).

BEVERLY, Mass. – In their first New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) matches of the 2018 season, the Endicott men’s volleyball team swept through Southern Vt. with a pair of 3-0 victories inside MacDonald Gymnasium. The Gulls improved to 11-1 (2-0 NECC) this season.

BOSTON, Mass. – In a non-conference matchup with GNAC opponent Emerson, the Endicott men’s volleyball team scored a 3-0 (25-15, 25-21, 25-15) victory inside Brown & Plofker Gymnasium. The Gulls hit .395 as a team and were led by nine kills, six digs, and two block assists by sophomore outside Bryn Lipton (Rockford, Ill.).

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s volleyball swept GNAC rival Lasell in straight sets, 3-0, on Thursday night behind strong offensives performance from junior opposite Jeremy Doski (Sandy Hook, Conn.) and freshman middle Gabe Felicetti (Charlestown, N.H.) inside MacDonald Gymnasium.
