DUDLEY, Mass. — The Endicott men's soccer team shut out Nichols, 4-0, on Tuesday afternoon at Vendetti Field.
Cole Elgin (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) registered his first career hat trick (11:47 | 36:07 | 64:43) to lead the Gulls to the victory.
Joe Mepham (Sudbury, Mass.) also added his team-leading ninth goal of the season (13:22), while Tinashe Mtetwa (Harare, Zimbabwe) dished out two assists.
In goal, Kyle Rosa (Norton, Mass.) notched five saves for his second career shutout (4-1-1).
BEYOND THE BOX
- Endicott is 13-10-2 in the all-time series versus Nichols.
- This is the sixth shutout in the all-time series.
- Mtetwa notched his first and second career points.
