Equestrian Finishes Fourth At Bowdoin Show, Bridge & Paiva Qualify For Regionals
NOBLEBORO, Maine – Highlighted by regional qualifying performances from senior Maddie Bridge (Anaheim Hills, Calif.) and sophomore McKenzie Paiva (Mansfield, Mass.), the Endicott equestrian team finished fourth overall last Saturday at the Bowdoin show.

Bridge qualified for regionals behind her second place performance in advanced walk trot canter, while Paiva also notched a runner-up finish in novice flat to secure a spot at regionals.

"I'm very excited that McKenzie and Maddie qualified for regionals," said Endicott equestrian head coach Bethany Jones. "As a team, we have continued to build momentum at each show this season, and we are looking forward to the Colby-Sawyer show this Saturday."
OTHER SHOW HIGHLIGHTS
- Silvia Graf (New London, N.H.) placed sixth in open fences and open flat.
- Gianna D'Aprile (Millis, Mass.) was third in intermediate fences, and fourth in intermediate flat.
- Nicole McClellan (Tolland, Mass.) ranked second in intermediate fences, while Meredith Bemus (Wilton, Conn.) was also second in novice fences.
- Jessica Hemphill (Essex Junction, Vt.) turned in a second place performance in beginner walk trot canter, and Emily Teel (Somers, Conn.) rounded out the list of Endicott's competitors with a fifth place finish in novice fences.
